Q. DO YOU OFFER RETURN ?
- No , we do not offer return however any damage to the product from our side will be fixed without additional charges.
Q. IF I ORDER MULTIPLE PRODUCTS HOW WILL THEY BE DELIVERED?
- If you order multiple outfits from us all the pieces will be delivered together and shipment details will be sent to you via SMS / email.
Q. IF I DO NOT LIKE MY PRODUCT , CAN I RETURN IT?
-Each and every product is specially handcrafted and curated for you after considering all your requests. We are therefore constrained to have a NO REFUND/NO CANCELLATION/NO EXCHANGE policy.
Q.CAN I TRACK MY ORDER ?
-Yes, once you have placed an order with us as soon as it is shipped we will inform you via SMS / email if you want we can share the tracking id as well.
Q. WILL MY PRODUCT BE EXACTLY LIKE THE PICTURE?
- The products you see on the web site are professionally shot under standard light conditions and edited so that the image is closest to actual product. But, as you must appreciate, The Flower Lady outfits are handcrafted and custom made for you. And therefore no two products can ever be an exact replica of each other.
