Q. DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS ?
- Yes , we ship all around the world. Shipping cost will be added at the time of checkout.
 
Q. IN HOW MANY DAYS WILL THE ORDER BE DELIVERED ?
- 15-21 days PAN India & 3-4 weeks Internationally

Q. DO YOU CUSTOMIZE DESIGNS?
- Yes we do customize designs for you , Incase you want to customize the design , color , sleeve length etc you can email us at info@theflowerlady.in or Whatsapp us at +91 99101-97174 and place your order there.
We will be happy to assist you.

 

Q. WHAT TYPE OF PRODUCTS DO YOU HAVE ?
-We offer formal , semi-formal & casual clothing for women. We also have Co-ord sets & handpainted clothing. 

 

Q. DO YOU OFFER RETURN ?

- No , we do not offer return however any damage to the product from our side will be fixed without additional charges.

 

 

Q. IF I ORDER MULTIPLE PRODUCTS HOW WILL THEY BE DELIVERED?

- If you order multiple outfits from us all the pieces will be delivered together and shipment details will be sent to you via SMS / email.

 

Q. IF I DO NOT LIKE MY PRODUCT , CAN I RETURN IT?

-Each and every product is specially handcrafted and curated for you after considering all your requests. We are therefore constrained to have a NO REFUND/NO CANCELLATION/NO EXCHANGE policy.

 

Q.CAN I TRACK MY ORDER ?

-Yes, once you have placed an order with us as soon as it is shipped we will inform you via SMS / email if you want we can share the tracking id as well.

 

Q. WILL MY PRODUCT BE EXACTLY LIKE THE PICTURE?

- The products you see on the web site are professionally shot under standard light conditions and edited so that the image is closest to actual product. But, as you must appreciate, The Flower Lady outfits are handcrafted and custom made for you. And therefore no two products can ever be an exact replica of each other.
Due to the intricate nature of hand embroideries, weaves, dyes and prints there can be very slight variations in the outfits you see on the web page and the actual piece you receive.
